Here are some reasons your payment may have failed:
- You used a debit card. Debit cards are not accepted for online payment on our website. Only credit cards like Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, AMEX, and a few Visa Debit Cards are accepted. PayPal and ApplePay also work.
- Frequently, an error can be due to your billing address. ZIP/Postal Codes as well as your street address must match the information your bank has on file for that particular card. Please ensure your ZIP/Postal code and street address match the one indicated on your monthly credit card statement. Once the error is resolved, payment will process successfully.
- You do not have a credit card added to your PayPal account. If you used PayPal, you want to make sure there are no restrictions on the account, because often, PayPal will block payments that are executed with a debit card, or if you have any restrictions on the credit card attached to the account.
