Order placed between November 22nd and January 1st 2025 are eligible to be returned by January 31, 2025.
Purchase made from January 1st 2025 and after will be under our standard return policy of 30 days.
RETURN POLICY
- If you're having second thoughts about your gear, don't worry; You have 30 days from the order date to exchange or return your items. If 30 days have gone since your purchase, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
- All merchandise must be unwashed and unworn, with the original packaging and hang tags attached.
- Items with scratches, pilling, cut, rips or covered with animal/human air, glitter, powder, stains, dirt, deodorant stains, skin cells, with a smell like deodorant, cologne, body odour, laundry detergent, smoke, etc. Will be refused. No Exception.
Items Ineligible for a return include:
- Underwear, socks, water bottles or shakers for hygiene reasons - no exceptions.
- Items marked as Final Sale.
- Stickers, Decals.
- Items bought dring Clearance Sale such as Black Friday, Boxing Day, Yearly Summer Sale or any other clearance sale are considered final and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
- Items bought during a Rise Live Event, Fitness Expo, Pop-up shops cannot be returned or refunded.
- Gift Cards purchased are considered “Final Sale” and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The package custom declaration must be marked as a “Return of goods” or as a gift with a total value under $20 CAD when sent back to Rise.
If you received free shipping and your order value after your return is below the Free Shipping qualifying spending amount, we will deduct the original shipping charges encountered from your refund or credit.
Rise is not responsible for lost returned packages in transit to our warehouse.
It may take up to 7 business days to process your return. Once your return has been inspected, we will email you to notify you regarding the status of your return.

HOW TO RETURN
- Read our Return Policy before returning an item.
- The package must be marked as an Exchange or Return of Goods with a total value under $20 CAD to avoid any custom fees.
- Use the cheapest Trackable shipping method with your local postal service like Canada Post, USPS, Royal Mail, La Poste, etc.
- AVOID Private Carriers like FedEx, UPS or DHL, etc. If you return items outside of Canada, private carriers will charge a high Brokerage fees, instead use your local postal service to avoid extra charges.
If your return has fees, we will refuse the package. Any additional fees associated with your return, will be your responsibility. If you need further assistance, please contact us.

The quality of items on final sale is no different from any other product sold by Rise, and respects Rise's high standards for quality.
What if I bought during a sale?
If the item in question is still available on our website, you can return the item for a credit or exchange.
If you are uncertain, contact us to verify your products are eligible to be exchanged or refunded before attempting to return them.
No refunds will be issued for purchases made during sales.
I live in Canada or the USA
Shipping costs to send your products back to us will be covered by you, but for exchanges, we will pay any shipping costs to send your new products (regular shipping method). If you wish to expedite the process of receiving your exchange, please let us know, and we will provide you with different shipping methods available in your region.
Shipping costs covered by you are non-refundable. We highly recommended using the most affordable shipping methods offered by Canada Post or the USPS.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you as soon as possible. We will also let you know the status of your exchange/return (approval or rejection). It can take us up to 5 business days to process your exchange.
I live outside of Canada or the USA
You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs, and brokerage fees related to the return or exchange of your product. Shipping costs incurred by you are non-refundable. We recommend using the most affordable shipping method offered by your local postal service. Do not use private carriers such as Fedex, UPS, DHL, etc. Make sure to mark your package as an Exchange or Return Of Goods. This way, we will not have to charge you for any additional customs fees. Using a private carrier will result in us refusing your package.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you as soon as possible. We will also let you know the status of your exchange/return (approval or rejection). It can take us up to 5 business days to process your exchange.
Exchanging a Lever Belt
If you are exchanging a Lever Belt for another size (unless you are exchanging from a 10MM to a 13MM), please do not return the Metal Lever since your current lever will also fit on your new belt. Keeping your current Metal Lever will greatly reduce your shipping costs.
Have you received my return?
We usually process all returns and exchanges within 3-5 business days after reception at our facility. You will receive an email notification as soon as your package is being taken care of.
My package was sent back to your warehouse
If you incorrectly entered your address, or there was an issue at the time of delivery, your package will be returned to us.
When this happens, to avoid your package being abandoned, or destroyed, we have to pay shipping again to re-collect the page.
We will email you as soon as we receive your package. Additional shipping charges to re-collect the package must be covered by you. No additional shipping charges encountered by Rise will be refunded.
