Please contact us immediately with the following information:
- Your order number.
- The missing item.
- Pictures of the item(s) you received in which we can also see the Barcode on the bag the item was packaged in.
If you live in Canada: we will issue a return label for you to use in order to avoid you incurring any additional shipping fees to return the item(s) in question. Subsequently, we will send you the correct one.
If you live outside of Canada: we will inform you of the exchange process, and find a way to compensate you for any additional shipping fees you incur related to the exchange of the item(s) in question.

Claims for orders with missing, damage or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date.
