My package is "delivered", but I have not received it

If your tracking information states your package was "Delivered," but you have yet to receive it, we recommend you check with your neighbours, or concierge to see if anyone has collected the package on your behalf as well as verifying your community mailbox or parcel locker.

If within 24 hours it has yet to be located, please contact us and we will open an investigation with Canada Post to locate the parcel. Please note that a claim can only be submitted if the shipping method includes a tracking option and was shipped with Canada Post.

Note: All lost parcel claims must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
