- Your Order#
- Item Name and size
- Photo(s) and/or video(s) that shows:
- The damage on the item as clearly as possible
- Full-length photo of the item
- The packaging the item cam in with
- If the package arrived damaged, please take photos/videos of it, as we will need to open a claim with the carrier
ALL CLAIMS FOR DAMAGED/FAULTY ITEMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE. If the claim is done beyond this timeframe, we won't be able to assist you.
