I've received a damaged item

We are so sorry about this.

Please send contact us here and make sure you have the following information available:

  • Your Order#
  • Item Name and size
  • Photo(s) and/or video(s) that shows:
    1. The damage on the item as clearly as possible
    2. Full-length photo of the item
    3. The packaging the item cam in with
    4. If the package arrived damaged, please take photos/videos of it, as we will need to open a claim with the carrier
ALL CLAIMS FOR DAMAGED/FAULTY ITEMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE. If the claim is done beyond this timeframe, we won't be able to assist you.
